Podere Casalone is a farm for sale in Tuscany. The property consists of a two-story, four-bedroom, stone farmhouse with two attached annexes as well as various other outbuildings and 30 hectares of cultivatable land. The farmhouse is currently inhabited by the owners and is in excellent condition.
Podere Casalone has tremendous potential for future development. In addition to its value as an agricultural activity, its private location and beautiful panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside make it an ideal candidate for use as an agriturismo or vacation residence.
In addition to the house, there is a garage and several large enclosed spaces currently being used to store farm equipment. A large underground cellar is available for the storage of olive oil and wine. These storage spaces form an extension to the main structure of the farmhouse and have been built in "tufo". The external plaster could be removed to reveal this characteristic building material, typical of the area.
Two other independent structures are adjacent to the main farmhouse. At the moment, these outbuildings are being used to house livestock and other farm animals, but they can all be easily converted to other uses should one so desire. These buildings are built partly in stone, partly in "tufo", traditional building materials seen in most farmhouses in the Tuscan countryside.
Another two covered structures on the grounds can be converted into permanent buildings providing an additional 290 m2 of enclosed storage facilities.
